A decade in digital marketing before AI was even a conversation.

I've been working in digital marketing and SEO for 19 years, since May 2007. I've run campaigns, built strategies, analysed data, and helped businesses grow their online presence across industries ranging from legal to tourism to manufacturing. Clients in South Africa, the UK, the US, and further afield.

That background matters more than it sounds. Most people selling AI automation have never actually run a marketing campaign, managed a client relationship, or sat in front of a business owner and explained why their traffic dropped. I have. Hundreds of times. I understand how businesses actually work, not just how the technology works.

I saw the same problem everywhere. Too much time on the wrong work.

Across every client I've worked with, the pattern was the same. Smart people, well-run businesses, spending enormous amounts of time on work that was repetitive, manual, and completely automatable. Reports that took three hours every month. Follow-ups that got missed because nobody had time. Enquiries going to the wrong person because there was no system to route them.

When AI tools reached the point where I could actually solve those problems reliably (not just demo them, but run them in production), I started The AI Marketer. The goal was simple: take the tools I'd been using on my own work and put them inside other people's businesses.

I run my own AI Operating System. Every morning I wake up to a brief summarising what happened in my business overnight, what needs attention, and what can wait. I use it every day. That's not theory. It's what I'm building for clients.

The system I sell is the system I use.

The AI Operating System I build for clients is built on the same foundation I run myself: context layers, live data collection, an intelligence layer that surfaces what matters, and automation for the recurring work. I've been building and refining it for over a year.

Every implementation teaches me something that goes back into the next one. The context files get sharper. The automations get more reliable. The onboarding gets faster. Right now, most businesses are fully operational within four weeks of starting. That timeline is getting shorter.
