AI for Financial Advisors & Wealth Managers

Your clients pay for your advice.
Not your admin.

Review prep, client portfolio updates, compliance documentation, appointment follow-ups. Every hour spent on these is an hour not spent with clients. AI handles the back-office work so you can do the work that actually justifies your fee.

The real cost

The advisor who does everything loses the most.

In a growing practice, the advisor becomes the bottleneck. Too many clients, too much admin, not enough time to do the work that keeps clients and wins referrals. AI removes the bottleneck without adding headcount.

๐Ÿ“‹
Annual and quarterly review preparationPulling portfolio valuations, preparing performance summaries, writing up recommendations. Most reviews take 2 to 4 hours to prepare for a 45-minute conversation. That ratio isn't sustainable at scale.
๐Ÿ“ฌ
Client communication and touchpointsBirthday messages, market commentary, product updates, regulatory notices. Clients who don't hear from you regularly drift. But keeping everyone consistently touched across a large book is genuinely hard to do manually.
๐Ÿ“‘
Compliance and record-keepingRecord of advice, needs analysis, FICA updates, consent renewals. Every client interaction generates paperwork that has to be captured, filed, and retrieved on demand. It's not complex work. It's just relentless.
๐Ÿค
New lead follow-upReferrals and enquiries come in, get acknowledged once, and then get forgotten in the noise of managing existing clients. Most financial practices have a lead follow-up problem they don't know how to solve without hiring someone.

"The best financial advisors aren't the ones who know the most. They're the ones whose clients feel most looked after. That comes from consistent communication, not just good advice. AI makes consistency possible at scale."

What separates growing practices from stagnant ones

The work that keeps clients loyal (regular touchpoints, timely updates, prepared reviews) is almost entirely automatable. The work that wins them over (insight, trust, advice at a critical moment) isn't. AIOS handles the first so you can focus on the second.

Review packs can be generated automatically from portfolio data before the meeting is even booked
Client touchpoint sequences can run on a schedule so every client hears from you consistently
Compliance records can be captured and filed automatically after each client interaction
New enquiries can be acknowledged, qualified, and briefed before you pick up the phone
Appointment reminders and post-meeting follow-ups can run without anyone managing them
The highest-value automation

Review prep done before you ask

Client reviews are where your value is most visible. AIOS generates the pack before the meeting so you walk in prepared, not stressed.

Typical time to manually prepare a review pack. With AIOS, that draft is ready when you wake up the day before the meeting.
Every client
Gets the same level of preparation, regardless of book size. Your biggest clients don't get better service than your smallest ones because you ran out of time.
What gets generated automatically
Portfolio valuation and performance vs benchmark. Changes since last review. Open action items. Compliance flags. Life events noted. Suggested discussion points based on client profile. Appointment reminder sent to client 48 hours out.

Common questions

Things practices usually ask us

Does this work with our portfolio management or financial planning software?+
We connect to whatever platform you're on. FinSwitch, Xplan, Astute, and most major platforms expose data we can pull from. Where direct integration isn't available, we work with structured data exports. During the audit we confirm exactly what's connectable before any build starts.
Is automated client communication compliant with FAIS and FICA requirements?+
The system is built to work within your compliance framework, not around it. Automated messages are templated and approved by you before they go live. Record-keeping is automatic. We can walk through the compliance architecture with your compliance officer before we build anything, and adjust to specific requirements in your FSP licence conditions.
Won't clients notice they're getting automated messages?+
If the messages are written well and come from your email address, most clients don't notice and don't mind. What they notice is whether they hear from you or not. Consistent, relevant communication from an advisor they trust lands well, regardless of what's behind it. We write the templates to match your voice before they go live.
What about sensitive client situations that need a human?+
The system is built with escalation logic. When a client responds in a way that indicates distress, urgency, or a complex situation, it flags it immediately and routes to you. Automation handles the routine touchpoints. Anything that needs genuine human judgment goes straight to the advisor with context already assembled.
We're a small practice. Is this worthwhile at our scale?+
Often more so. A solo advisor or two-person practice gets the biggest proportional return because every hour saved goes directly into client-facing capacity. You don't need a large team for AIOS to make sense. If you have more than 30 active clients and spend meaningful time on admin each week, the audit will show clear automation opportunities.
What does it cost?+
The audit is free and scopes everything. Investment is based on what we build, not a flat subscription. Most practices start with review prep automation and client touchpoints, which have the clearest return. You'll have a full proposal with numbers before anything is agreed.
