I've been working in digital marketing and SEO since May 2007. That's 19 years of helping businesses get found online, build strategies, and use data to make better decisions. In that time I've worked across industries ranging from legal to tourism to manufacturing, with clients in South Africa, the UK, the US, and beyond.

I started The AI Marketer because I kept seeing the same pattern across every business I worked with. Smart people, well-run operations, spending enormous amounts of time on work that was completely automatable. Reports that took three hours to build manually. Follow-ups that got missed because nobody had time. Enquiries going to the wrong person because there was no system in place.

When AI tools reached the point where I could actually solve those problems reliably, not just demo them but run them in production on real business data, I started building AI Operating Systems for clients. The AIOS is a layer of intelligence and automation wrapped around a business. It reads live data, surfaces what matters, and handles the recurring work so the team can focus on what actually needs them.

I run my own AIOS. Every morning I wake up to a brief that tells me what happened overnight in my business, what needs attention, and what can wait. I've been refining this system for over a year, and it's the same foundation I build for clients.

My background in digital marketing matters because most AI consultants understand the technology but not the business. I understand both. I've sat in front of hundreds of business owners and explained why their traffic dropped, what their customers are actually searching for, and how to turn that into revenue. That context shapes how I approach every automation — starting from the customer experience and the business outcome, not the tech stack.
